Truewww wuvvv

Over the course of my life I have encountered many things.  Some pleasant, some not.  Lately, I have been inflicted with Grandma Whiskers.  (I’m placing that in the unpleasant category.)  Ladies, you know what I mean.  Those 4 or 5 wiley spikes that self germinate on the tip of ones chin.  I’m usually pretty good about heading them off at the pass and plucking them out as soon as I can grasp them with my tweezers.  But sometimes time goes by and I have a 5 month shadow.  Again, not pleasant.

Tonight as I am stroking my chin with my right thumb, Sweet Husband asks what I’m doing.  I tell him that I need to groom my whiskers.  He leans in close.  I can’t see them he says.  Well come closer and pass your lips over them.  Better yet he pulls me close and strokes my chin with his tongue.  I start laughing very hard and he says, you’re going to have to hold still.  In one crazy movement he plucks one of the little buggers out with his teeth.

The look of triumph on his face is priceless.  I am laughing so hard, but the deed is done.  My sweet husband is useful is so many ways.  But when I offered to be the marketing manager for Mitch’s Grandma Whisker service he declined to even start a business.  So many wasted opportunities these days.
