Change is in the air!

The cutest Garden Shed Ever!

My last post was on ‘the 30 days of Sweet Husband’ and you all loved that. Right? Now join us as we try something new for 30+ days.  We are aiming to keep our house in PRISTINE condition for the foreseeable future. That means no dishes in the sink, the cat can’t crap in the house anymore and no stinky wet bath towels hanging to dry in the bathroom.  There will be NO visible hair from any living thing in our house….not mine, not the daughters…not the cat.  We will vacuum daily, maybe twice.  The windows will be absent of their dusty layer and the patios and walks will be free of miscellaneous tree debris. We are staged!

You may have guessed by now, our house is for sale.  I’m not ready to disclose our new area of choice, but let’s just say we’re ready for our next project/adventure.  I will tell you this…we’re going smaller, not bigger!

Check out the link to our  house website AND another link to Hooked on Houses where Julia posted a link to many houses for sale, ours included.  Check them all out, it’s pretty amazing to see what’s for sale around the country.

We even considered having a contest to see who could bring us a buyer.  Would anyone be interested in winning a prize?  hmmm?  hmmm? It could be a VERY fun prize…

We’re going through this home selling process without an agent so we can use all the exposure we can get.  We’ve done it before, we can do it again.  We’d like to keep as many $’s as close to home as possible.  So if you know of someone who wants to move to lovely Seattle, have we got a gem for you.

  1. Such a cute garden shed, should be staged as a spa getaway spot. Lots of white linens etc. Gorgeous!

Speaking of going smaller, I love those murphy multifunction beds, it’s a bed, it’s shelving, it’s a table/desk all in a very few square feet. They should figure out how to build in a clever comfy chair and storage for clothes. You could rent a closet/bathroom combo for nuthin’!!!

  2. Did you mention it is a generous corner lot with lots of parking on the cross street? Big enough for a medium size RV I’m thinking….or a pool?

  3. Hmmmm, I have a friend who just moved to Seattle and got married…I may need to ask him if he is looking for a place.

Can’t wait to hear all about your new adventure!
